Because, like, nothing else in cinema has ever been shot over multiple years with the same cast…not even the documentary Up Series (1964, 1970, 1977, 1984, 1991, 1998, 2005, 2012) or long-running narrative television shows (e.g. The Sopranos [1999-2007]) or sitcoms (e.g. Everybody Loves Raymond [1996-2005], Roseanne [1988-1997], etc.). Never, ever! 😀
